Renovation of a mixed-use development in Caro, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
For Variable Speed Airhandler and Heat Pump Bids are to be firm for at least 120 days or until the project is completed. Delivery dates are to be within the dates specified on the individual specification or as promised on the accepted bids. Bids will be awarded no later then: January 20, 2022. Final payment to the vendor shall be due 30 days after completion of their contract work and acceptance by the owner or as indicated by the Vendor on the accepted bid. The purchaser reserves the right to revise quantities and/or reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities therein.
