Questions received by Close of Business on Thursday March 17 will be answered via addendum. Removal of a 55-ft diameter steel floating lid from the City of Caro WWTP's primary digester. Cover will be removed in one piece, placed on cribbing and pressure washed to facilitate inspection. Inspection will be conducted under a separate contract.
