Renovation of a municipal facility in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Working plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of January 14, 2022, per the owner "Please be advised that due to changes in scope, we are cancelling the bid at this time." The Bethlehem Parking Authority (BPA) is soliciting proposals from qualified professionals to manage and complete Interior Renovation services encompassing the entire Scope of Services within the North Street Garage office space. The qualified vendor will allow the BPA to significantly improve the quality of the interior workspace and provide construction services. The "stay-put" renovation will allow the work of the BPA to continue throughout the duration of the project with minimal scheduled interruptions. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 1/14/2022 4:00 PM Any questions and/or clarifications shall be submitted electronically The BPA reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, as well as the right to waive all informalities in awarding a proposal in the best interests of the Bethlehem Parking Authority. The tasks for the North Street Garage Bethlehem Parking Authority Offices defined in the below section entitled "Scope of Services." See exhibit A for sketch. All work shall be performed in accordance with all applicable Federal, State, and local laws. The due date for interested firms to submit their proposal is January 28, 2022 at 4:00PM EST.
