Site work for a playground / park / athletic field in Mansfield, Georgia. Completed plans call for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
As of February 15,2022. The project has been awarded but no awarded amount. Resurfacing Tennis and Basketball Courts for Recreation Department Newton County Board of Commissioners is requesting proposals to resurface the tennis courts and basketball courts listed below. The County will select one (1) Supplier and or Contractor to provide the services as outlined in this request. The project consists of the design, repair and resurfacing of the specified courts below. Proposers must be prepared to comply with all state, federal and local requirements for play equipment. The winning party is responsible for cleanup of site and removal of debris at completion of project. Parks and Locations: Beaver Park Hwy 213 Mansfield, GA 30055 1 Tennis Court City Pond Park 1305 City Pond Rd, Covington, GA 30014 4 Tennis Courts Denny Dobbs Park 62444 Hwy 212 N, Covington, GA 30016 2 Basketball Courts Mary Louise Flower Park Covington By-Pass & Flat Shoals Rd, Covington, GA 30016 1 Basketball Court 1 Tennis Court Scope of Work: The following are minimum requirements for all specified courts o Pressure wash court to remove all loose and un-bonded material. o Fill cracks with sand, Portland cement and acrylic latex which will form a grout. o Fill any low-lying areas (birdbaths) with the same solution as crack patch with hopes to decrease standing water 20% to 60%. o Apply 400' Rite-way Crack System o Apply 6" fiber tape rolled with a tape machine to flatten. o Apply 18" polyester cloth over micro with acry-glue o Apply 6" fiberglass membrane over all edges of 18" polyester cloth with acry-glue o Smooth over several times with heavy patch mix before starting the surface system. o Apply 1 coat of leveling resurface o Apply 2 coats of acrylic color. o Color to be the owner's choice. o Apply tennis, pickle ball and Jr Lines. o Remove all evidence of work from job site.
