The Board of Health, on behalf of the Town of Upton, solicits sealed quotes from qualified firms to provide Collection of Refuse and Recyclables. The Town of Upton seeks curbside collection services of refuse and recyclables Security in the form of a bid bond, cash, certified check, treasurer's or cashier's check, payable to the Town of Upton, is required in a dollar amount of five percent of the proposal amount.The selected contractor shall furnish a performance bond and a payment bond in amount at least equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price as stipulated in the Request for Quotes.Proposal security is attached in the sum of five percent (5%) of the total proposal in accordance with Advertisement for Quotes The Board of Health reserves the right to waive any informality or to reject any or all proposers. This Contract is considered performance of public work and as such prevailing wage rates apply. For the Period July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2025
