Site work and paving for a sidewalk / parking lot in Louisville, Kentucky. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Extended Description Project is for the Demolition of Buildings located at 106 and 108 East Broadway in Louisville, Kentucky for Jefferson Community and Technical College. Building 106 is a 1 story concrete frame building with a partial basement and former mechanical penthouse. Building 108 is an annex and connected to Building 106 and is a CMU framed structure with bar joist ceiling structure and slab on grade. As part of the project, contractor shall cut and cap plumbing and sanitary utilities where they enter the site and Utilities within the Building will be demolished. Upon completion of the demolition, contractor shall provide compacted and engineered fill to prepare the site for Phase 2 of the project which is to construct a parking lot and site improvements. Phase 2 will be completed under a separate contract. Contractor shall be required to coordinate site logistics i.e. fencing, staging, route of debris removal, etc. with the Phase 2 site contractor For Information Call: Susan Ward 502-564-3050
