Renovation of a mixed-use development in Hamilton, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Renovation Project, Phase 3 - HVAC HVAC: Temperature control upgrades and HVAC work in renovated areas. There are bid alternates to provide louvers in curtain walls and additional heating work in the Greenhouse. Requests for interpretation, information or clarification (RFI) of the Contract Documents must be made in writing to King + King Architects. Responses to RFIs will not be made over the telephone. Responses to RFIs will be advisory only and will not modify the Contract Documents. The Contract Documents stand as published except as modified by written Addenda before bid and Modifications after execution of the Agreement. RFI's shall be e-mailed simultaneously to: Paul Johnston: pjohnston@kingarch.com and Leo Moshier: lmoshier@kingarch.com Each Bidder must deposit with its Bid, security in an amount and form subject to the conditions provided in the Contract Documents. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in or to reject any or all Bids. **OBTAINING ELECTRONIC CONTRACT DOCUMENTS The Contract Documents may be downloaded from the Plan and Print Systems website for a non- refundable cost of $35.00. A compact disc (CD) of the bid documents may also be obtained from Plan & Print Systems (telephone: 315-437-5111, fax: 315-463-1510) upon payment of a non-refundable amount of $35.00 plus $15.00 for shipping and handling per CD. Checks shall be made payable to Plan and Print Systems, Inc. Contract documents will be delivered via UPS Ground service upon request and receipt of an additionalnon-refundable delivery and handling charge of $40 per set, payable by separate check to Plan and Print Systems, Inc Submittals/mobilization: February 12 to April 4, 2022. Construction start, locker rooms and site work: April 4, 2022. Contract closeout, July 31, 2023 Project No- 20290
