The Hickman Mills C-1 School District is seeking sealed Proposals from qualified firms for Wide Area Network Facilities and Services, per leased lit fiber 10 Gbps connections to each District location specified herein. The RFP is for services and associated equipment required to provide "lit fiber" to the District at 14 locations for a lease term of 5 years through the June 2027. There should be an option for up to an additional one-year renewal for up to 3 years, with an annual re-evaluation and agreed upon mutually by both the Vendor and District each of those 3 years. The entire contract, with any agreed upon extension will not exceed 8 years or June 30, 2030. The District reserves the right to reject any or all Proposals and to waive informalities and minor irregularities in Proposals received. The District, in its sole discretion, will determine whetheran irregularity is minor. Requests for interpretation must be made in writing to Dr. Connie Smith of the Hickman Mills C-1 School District no later than 2:00 p.m. on December 15, 2021
