Renovation of an educational facility in North Augusta, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
The scope of this project is to upgrade the H VAC systems serving (21) existing classrooms and (5) support spaces at Fox Creek High School. All HVAC equipment shall be installed by manufacturer certified installers. Electrical upgrades will be required to meet additional electrical load from the new H VAC equipment. Phased construction will be anticipated. The scope of this project is to upgrade the HVAC systems serving (21) existing classrooms and (5) support spaces at Fox Creek High School. A ductless mini-split system heat pump will be installed in each space. Existing air handling units installed in mechanical rooms will be demolished and replaced with new split system dedicated outdoor air system (DOAS) units that will reconnect to the existing supply ductwork that was served by the demolished air handling units. All HVAC equipment shall be installed by manufacturer certified installers. Electrical upgrades will be required to meet additional electrical load from the new HVAC equipment. Phased construction is anticipated up to (10 phases).
