The Center for Environmental Management of Military Lands (CEMML) at Colorado State University seeks firm pricing for Grass and Forb Seed delivered to Fort Hood, TX. The seed will be applied to grassland restoration project areas on base. CEMML works closely with the Department of Defense, US Army Corps of Engineers, National Park Service, and other departments and agencies through cooperative agreements, grants, and contracts. Our resource management and planning, research, education, and outreach efforts inform military and other federal managers as they meet their dual mandates of using and conserving public-trust resources. General Requirements - Federally Funded - FOB Destination Award Requirements - All or None Award Purchase Type Term: 01/13/2022 02:00 AM EST - 09/30/2022 08:00 PM EDT Option: Four, One-year term options Questions are submitted online No Documents via electronic upload on portal by the due date and time. Responses are held in an electronic lock-box until the submission deadline. Mailed, faxed, and email responses are not accepted. Vendors must submit the DQ cover page with Ram head logo, signed. Vendors must fill in pricing in the pricing schedule excel file. For new vendors to CSU or vendors with recent name changes or tax ID changes - Vendors must complete the W-9 and Vendor Size Self-Certification form with signature. This is a Federal funded project and subject to compliance with Federal Uniform Guidance under the Procurement sections of (2 CFR 200.318-326). Awarded contractor(s) may be required to provide cost breakdown information, including labor (hours and hourly rates), materials, overhead, G&A, and profit AND a comparison of how the charges compare to other customers.
