Site work and renovation of a water / sewer project in Keystone, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Summit County Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive irregularities or informalities, and to conduct such investigations or negotiations as it deems necessary to select the most responsible and responsive proposal. Date and time of service Service will be performed beginning on or before Monday, September 25, 2023 and must be completed within 15 days from start date. Potential schedule should be included in contractor's written proposal. Scope of Services Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, transportation, disposal, and incidentals necessary to perform the removal of spalled/delaminated concrete and existing failed sealant and the installation/replacement of removed materials and sealant from the center to approximately 10 feet upslope of its flow equalization basin at the Snake River Wastewater Treatment Plant. Work shall be completed as set forth in a contract for this project, to be negotiated with Summit County Government based upon the contractor s written proposal.
