The successful general contractor(s) selected from this solicitation will be awarded a master task order contract to provide the services on an as required basis. The general scope of work requirements are provided under Attachment - 1 of this solicitation. The Proposal Guaranty Form shall be completed based on the amount of $1,000,000.00 for the work to be awarded under this solicitation. This amount is the contractual limit that may be allocated to one or more executed task orders. CDOT will fund task orders based on the specific scope of work identified in the task order. If a task order is above $150,000.00, the Contractor shall provide a performance and payment bond, and CDOT will publicly advertise for project closeout at the end of the task order period per CRS 24-91-103. The term of the master task order contract shall be for one year from the date of contract execution.
