The City of Tacoma (City) / Tacoma Public Utilities (TPU), Tacoma Power is soliciting bids to establish a multi-year supply contract for outdoor type, LED Luminaires and Accessories. The materials outlined in this specification are intended for Tacoma Power's off-street lighting program A pre-proposal meeting will not be held. Supply of outdoor LED luminaires and accessories on an as-needed basis. Questions and requests for clarification of these Specifications may be submitted in writing by 3:00 p.m., Pacific Time, January 13, 2022, via email addressed to the Purchasing contact below. Questions received after this date and time may not be answered. Written answers to all questions will be posted on electronically on or about January 18, 2022. Requests for information regarding the specifications may be obtained by contacting Seth Hartz, Senior Buyer by email to shartz@cityoftacoma.org The City, however, reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in bids received.
