Remove Existing Flashings as Required for New Roof Remove & Replace Existing Gutters with Commercial Grade Seamless Gutters Remove & Replace Downspouts (Install DS Strainers at DS Locations in Gutters) Remove & Modify All Siding that Intersects with New Roof - Install New Reglet & Removeable Counter Flashing Below Modified Siding Install required safety hooks per code. Install Engineered Overlay Purlin System for New Roof Attachment Install New Mechanically Seamed Metal Roofing System Full Length Panels - 24 ga. 16" Span-Lok by AEP Span (Substitutions must be approved prior to bid) Between Existing Roofing and New Roofing Install Semi Rigid Insulation to Fill Void Properly Flash all Existing Penetrations per Manufactures Details Provide Manufactures Weathertightness Warranty for the panels for 20 years Provide sani-can or respective facilities separate from Station 65 for all workers for entirety of the project. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
