As of September 16, 2022, project was awarded but awarded amount is not available. The project consists of: Extending Engelhard Sanitary District (ESD) force main along Highway 264 and Hycienda Heights Way (SR 1377). Install new onsite pump tanks and controls at each residential home in the project area and crush and fill in the existing septic tanks. Retrofit existing pump tank located at Mattamuskeet Village Apartments. All project related questions are to be submitted in writing to David Tuten at dtuten@stroudengineer.com . This project is being funded in whole by the Community Development Block Grant Program (CDBG). All federal CDBG requirements will apply to the contract: Bidders on this work will be required to comply with Section 109 and E.O. 11246 which prohibits discrimination in employment regarding race, creed, color, sex, or national origin. Bidders must comply with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, Davis Bacon Act, Anti-Kickback Act, and Contract Work Hours and Safety Standards Act.
