Renovation of an educational facility in San Diego, California. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
RFQ Contractor - Hillcrest Campus Redevelopment Phase 1 - Subcontractor Prequalification (Wave 6B) The project is composed of Make-Ready work, road realignment, an 1,800 stall Parking Structure, 50 stalls of below grade parking under First Ave. (Spine), an Outpatient Pavilion, demolition of the existing Bachman Parking Structure, and a Central Utility Plant (CUP). Make-Ready Work & Road Improvements The Project will include the realignment of Bachman Drive, and the widening of Arbor Drive. Utility infrastructure improvements and relocations will be included, along with safe-off and demolition of various buildings within the project boundaries. 1,800 Stall Parking Structure The Project will include the design of an 1,800 stall Parking Structure. The structure will be approximately 3 levels below grade and 7 levels above grade. Demolition of Bachman Parking Structure & Central Utility Plant (CUP) The Project will include the demolition of the existing Bachman Parking Structure to make room for a new 2- story CUP (non-OSHPD). The CUP will serve the OPP, as well as a future Research Building. Project duration is approximately 40 months (1,217 calendar days).
