MULTIPLE CONTRACTS. Contracts may be awarded to multiple bidders. Selection of the most economical combination of suppliers for Owner will be based upon the prices bid. The Owner reserves the right to purchase any line item or bundled bids based on a lower total price for the materials purchased, and reserves the right to purchase any, some, or all of the items. 2. SUITABILITY OF MATERIALS. Owner will have geosynthetic materials sampled at the manufacturing plant before shipment to have them tested for conformance with the specifications. Suppliers will allow a minimum of 15 working days after the time that the materials are sampled to have conformance testing performed before shipment. Any shipment performed before the completion of conformance testing results is at the risk of the supplier unless written relief is provided by Owner.
