Site work for a water / sewer project in Jay, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The Town of Jay Town Council will receive sealed bids from any qualified person, company or corporation interested in constructing the Town of Jay Well #4 Test Well. The project will consist of the installation of a Test Well for the Town's Potable Water Distribution System. The bid must conform to Section 287.133(3) Florida Statutes, on public entity crimes. All Bids shall be firm for a period of 90 days after opening. This includes material prices. All bidders shall comply with all applicable state and local laws concerning licensing, registration, and regulations of contractors doing business in Florida. Completion date for these projects will be 60 days from the date of the Notice to Proceed presented to the successful bidder. Liquidated damages for failure to complete the project on the specified date will be set at $200.00 per day. The Town of Jay Town Council reserves the right to waive informalities in any bid, to accept and/or reject any or all bids, and to accept the bid that in their judgment will be in the best interest of the Town of Jay.
