The Town of Jay seeks to demolish and dispose of infrastructure located in Bray Hendricks Park. The services requested require expertise and experience in the demolition of two CMU buildings, pavilions, fencing, lighting, and existing sports courts. A Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the Bid shall accompany the Bid. The Town of Jay reserves the right to reject any and all bids. All Bids shall be firm for a period of 90 days after opening. This includes material prices. The bid must conform to Section 287.133(3) Florida Statutes, on public entity crimes. The Town shall award the contract to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder; provided however, the Town reserves the right to award the contract to a bidder who is not the lowest responsive and responsible bidder if the Town determines in its reasonable discretion that another bid offers the Town a better value based upon the reliability, quality of service, or product of such other bidder.
