Site work, paving and outdoor lighting for a mixed-use development in West Bend, Wisconsin. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; water / sewer project; and for outdoor lighting for a sidewalk / parking lot.
Work under this contract shall consist of excavation and grading, removals, structures, installation of river wall (modular Blocks supplied by Owner), rip rap, installation of tree pit, pervious pavers, base aggregate dense, concrete pavement, concrete curb & gutter, concrete sidewalk, hot mix asphalt pavement, storm sewer, storm drainage system, topsoil, erosion control, cable railing, landscaping, lighting, traffic control, removal & reinstallation of pedestrian bridge, and all incidental items necessary to complete the work as shown on the plans and included in the proposal and contract. Final completion- Phase 3 on June 28, 2024
