The City of Riverside is seeking a qualified entity or individual to provide complete landscape maintenance services for the Riverwalk Landscape Maintenance District located within the City of Riverside. The streets include Riverwalk Parkway, Pierce Street, Collett Avenue, Golden Avenue and Schuyler Avenue. The area consists of approximately 17.82 acres or approximately 776,239 square feet of various landscape materials. Portions of the project sites are equipped with recycled water. The contractor will be responsible for the proper maintenance needs of the system according to Federal, State, County and Local laws and regulations.
