As of March 29, 2022, the project is pending award. A timeframe for award has not been confirmed. Manhole rehab Approx. 62 Manhole locations - work will include excavating, removing existing MH frames and lids, and installing MH frames and lids (supplied by the Borough, complete) and street restoration via supplying & placing Super Pave 9.5 mm Wearing Course PG 64-22.33M ESALs, SRL-H at the various locations. As Bid Security, an ORIGINAL bid bond, certified check or cashier check drawn to the order of the Borough of Pottstown in the amount of Ten percent (10%) of the bid must be delivered, prior to the bid opening and separate from the online bid, to the Borough of Pottstown, Borough Hall, 100 E. High Street, Pottstown, Pennsylvania 19464 (tel. 610-970-6528) as Bid Security, which will be returned after the award of the contract. Bids may not be withdrawn within Sixty (60) days from the time fixed for the bid opening. The Borough of Pottstown reserves the right to reject any or all bids, or any part thereof, in the BoroughaEUR(TM)s best interests.
