General Construction for Site Work for Bright Hope Community Play Spaces at Bright Hope Community The project is located within the Bright Hope Community located at 467 W. King Street in Pottstown, PA 19464. The project is comprised of three (3) locations within the Bright Hope Community, including a new all-inclusive playground to be constructed in a grassed area along the east side of Myrtle Street, an existing play area to be demolished at the intersection of Myrtle Street and W. King Street, and an existing play area to be replaced at the intersection of Scott Street and W. Buttonwood Street. The MCHA is constructing new all-inclusive play areas at the Bright Hope Community. The project will include a new pervious rubberized play surface, engineered wood fiber playground mulch, ADA parking, paths and sidewalks, demolition of an existing play area, grading, stormwater management facilities, landscaping, striping, signage, and ancillary work. Bid Bond in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted Performance and Payment Bonds submitted after award. This Contract is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968, as amended.
