Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Topton, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.
The work includes but is not limited to all labor, materials, tools, and oversight for mobilization, excavation, pavement restoration, installation of ADA ramps, pavement markings, asphalt speed humps, signage, and maintenance and protection of traffic. Bids must be accompanied by a bid bond with a corporate surety authorized to do business in Pennsylvania, in accordance with the project specifications in the amount of 10% of the total bid amount. A Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the contract shall be furnished by the successful bidder as detailed in the Instructions to Bidders. PA Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply to this contract. Topton Borough reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids or portions or to waive any informalities in bidding and to withhold award for a period of 60 days.
