Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Glen Ellyn, Illinois. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
The work for which proposals are invited consists of various removals, replacements, new installations, and adjustments of the following infrastructure elements and their associated appurtenances in the Village of Glen Ellyn Central Business District: sanitary sewer mains and service lines; storm sewer mains, drainage structures, and service lines; water mains and service lines; street lighting and electrical power systems; irrigation systems; aggregate subgrade and base courses; hot-mix asphalt pavement; Portland cement concrete pavement, combination curb & gutter, curb, sidewalk, and paver base course; clay-fired brick carriage walk and crosswalk pavement; pavement markings; and all collateral work necessary to complete the improvements. Approximately 2,884 linear feet of streets will be improved including.
