Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a road / highway; and sidewalk / parking lot.
**As of March 2, 2023 project was awarded to Telco Inc., awarded amount is $517,646.80 ** Improvements include traffic signal upgrading and the installation of crosswalks, curbing, handicap ramps, and sidewalk. Each bid must be accompanied by Bid Security made payable to the Owner(s) in an amount of ten percent (10%) of the total Bid price and in the form of a certified or bank check or a Bid Bond issued by a surety meeting the requirements of Paragraph 10.7 of the Instructions to Bidders. The successful bidder must furnish Performance, Payment Bonds and Insurance per Contract and meeting the requirements of Article 6 of the General Conditions. This project is subject to minimum wage rates in accordance with the applicable provisions of the Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage Act and the Public Works Employee Verification Act. Bidders must be PennDOT Prequalified per PennDOT Pub. 408 Section 102. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in, and/or to reject, any or all bids. No bid will be accepted if obtained from sources other than the issuing office noted above. CLARIFICATION DEADLINE 1/26/2023 4:00 PM
