The said Council of Lower Saucon Township further reserves the right to reject any bid which is not on official bid forms. The Council of Lower Saucon Township will publicly review and render its decision at the public meeting to be held on June 15, 2022. Successful Bidder shall provide a Performance Guarantee in the form of a Certified Check or Bond in the amount of not less than 10% of the total contract price.
