The GKHS Addition and renovation includes the addition of a new weight room & auxiliary gym, a new career center and a new 2-story classroom wing. The project is Type IIB construction and consists of roughly 52,000 SF of addition and renovation. **Please note this project is being delivered utilizing the the GC/CM procurement method. Bidders will be required to submit sealed bids by the date & time specified, utilizing the bid form provided in the bidding documents. Bids are required to be inclusive of all bid specifics stated in the bid package scope specifics. All bids over $300,000 will require a bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid** *Value reflects overall project. Individual bid package budgets are not available at this time. *Addendum 04 Addendum 04 has been posted. Please note Addendums 01-03 have been posted for reference as well, but only pertain to the GK-01 & GK-02 Bid Packages. Addendums 01-03 DO NOT need to be acknowledged on the bid form for the GK-03 - GK-18 bid packages. All other addendums need to be acknowledged.
