**As of July 22, 2022, this project has not yet been awarded. A timeline for award has not yet been established.** Work for this project includes partial demolition of the existing school structure, complete demolition of an adjacent storage building, and hazardous material abatement. The project will require the relocation of the existing utility building and mist module with disconnection and reconnection of multiple major building services. New utilidor construction will be required with new and salvaged materials. The remaining school's envelope will be repaired with infill construction and salvaged metal siding. New egress decks and stairs will be of new and salvaged material.
