Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ridgway, Colorado. Completed plans call for the construction of a playground / park / athletic field; and for site work for a playground / park / athletic field.
**As of February 16, 2022 this project was awarded to Kuboske Construction Company LLC with the awarded amount of $2,592,311.98. The purpose of this Request Proposals is to obtain competitive proposals from qualified individuals and firms to design and construct two campground loops at Ridgway State Park. The first loop, or "Phase I" of the project, consists of a 15 site campground loop with a small restroom/shower building for seasonal volunteers and staff. The second campground, or "Phase II" of the project, will be offered by means of extension of the contract at the discretion of CPW based on the performance and execution of Phase I.
