Renovation of a municipal facility in Ridgway, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Remove approximately 328 yards of carpet and reinstall carpet "tiles" in all offices and common areas of the Facility. 2. Removal and re-installation of any baseboard trim needed to facilitate carpet removal / installation. 3. Disposal of existing carpet. 4. Indicate additional hourly rate for any unforeseen floor prep that may be required. 5. Pricing and Warranty information on commercial, medium grade carpet tiles, including any materials, adhesives and carpet sundries to complete installation. 6. Removal and installation to be performed in multiple stages with the first stage beginning on a Thursday through Sunday to allow for County staff to remove office furnishings in phases to keep office disruption to a minimum, and create space for the next phase for the following weekend. Multiple visits may be required to accommodate this approach. 7. Ouray County is selecting the use of direct adhesive carpet tiles or squares as opposed to rolls of carpet. The individual squares allow for a phased installation, avoid the need for carpet stretching and seams, and any tiles that may get damaged in the future can easily be replaced. Ouray County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to waive any and all informalities, or to accept the proposal that best serves the interest of the County, and the right to disregard all nonconforming, non-responsive, or conditional proposals
