Notice is hereby given that the Town of Ridgway, Colorado will receive sealed bids from qualified contractors for Phases 1 and 2 of the Heritage Park Improvements Project for the Town of Ridgway, Colorado. Phase 1 of the project generally consists of delivery, set-up and general construction for all labor, materials and services for Phase 1 irrigation and landscaping around the Ridgway Visitor Center, including installing irrigation system, soil improvements, planting shrubs, perennials, and ornamental grasses, and all other work necessary to complete Phase 1. Phase 2 generally consists of delivery, set-up and general construction for all labor, materials and services for installing hardscape, landscape, and irrigation along Highway 62 at Ridgway Heritage Park, and all other work necessary to complete Phase 2. Questions regarding this proposal shall be received by 3:00 p.m. on March 30, 2021. Questions must be submitted via email to: Diedra Silbert, Community Initiatives Facilitator, at dsilbert@town.ridgway.co.us. The responses to any submitted questions will be prepared by Town staff and then provided via email to all vendors that have indicated an interest in submitting a proposal and posted on the Town website by the date listed in the proposed schedule indicated in the full Request for Bids.
