Renovation of a playground / park / athletic field in Ridgway, Colorado. Completed plans call for the renovation of a one-story above grade playground / park / athletic field.
The project involves the retrofit of eleven existing composting toilet systems to pumpable vault toilets. The work includes the removal of existing toilet composting storage tanks and the installation of liner membrane materials and associated work in the existing vaulted areas at Ridgway State Park. Bids must be submitted using the provided form, and online submittals are not accepted. A five-percent bid bond, certified check, or cashier's check is required for proposals of $50,000 or more. All questions related to the project must be submitted via email to the designated Project Manager by the listed deadline. Failure to retrieve modifications or addenda and include them in bid responses may result in the bid being deemed non-responsive. Plans and specifications are made available to all bidders on the designated website. Contractor Questions: All questions related to the project shall be submitted via e-mail to the Project Manager, Patrick McKeever at patrick.mckeever@state.co.us. The deadline for questions is November 3, 2025 at 15:00. Questions submitted after the deadline will not be addressed.
