The City of Seaside is seeking to retain qualified design professional engineering services to obtain all necessary permits, perform all requisite environmental studies and clearances, surveys and design of street improvements, and to prepare contract documents to enable the City to go out to bid for the construction of the Broadway Complete Street Corridor Improvements Project. The Consultant must be fully familiar with all applicable local, state and federal guidelines and requirements of the Active Transportation Program funding as administered by CTC. The City of Seaside reserves the right to adjust the scope of services as deemed appropriate and necessary. The project must comply with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) procedures and requirements. The estimated professional services contract amounts available for the PA&ED and PS&E are $600,000 and $1.576 M respectively. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals received as a result of this request and at its discretion waive any informality, technical defect or clerical error in any proposal.
