Site work for a water / sewer project in Seaside, California. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
Drain Inlet Improvements This project includes constructing a storm drain extension and bubble-up catch basin on San Pablo Avenue between Saint Helena Street and Yosemite Street. Owner specifically reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to reject any or all Bids, to re-bid, or to waive inconsequential defects in bidding not involving time, price or quality of the work. Owner may reject any and all Bids and waive any minor irregularities in the Bids. The Performance and Payment Bond(s) may be either a single bond or a separate Performance Bond and a Separate Payment (labor and materials) Bond. If a single bond is used, it must be in the amount of two hundred percent (200%) of the Total Bid, and if separate Bonds are used, each must be for one hundred percent (100%) of the Total Bid. The Bond covering payment must comply with Section 3248 of the California Civil Code.
