The new facility will span 14,300 square feet and includes four exterior access public washrooms, meeting space, concession facilities, and storage space. TIMELINE: City council has given its approval to a construction and lease agreement, as well as a contribution agreement, between the City and Ladner Minor Baseball Association (LMBA). Tender and construction schedules are undefined at this time. Further update in early fall, 2026, upon funding approvals.
