Site work for a mixed-use development in Delta, British Columbia. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.
The work generally consists of the removal and disposal of existing concrete sidewalk, concrete retaining walls, installation of a concrete footing complete with electrical work for an iconic signage, a new irrigation system, new trench drains, new timber seating, new decorative lights, raised planters and electrical work for e-bikes. Three metal tree grates are to be reused as shown on the contract drawings and trees within these grates are to be protected throughout construction. Award is subject to final approval.
