Pre-Qualified Electrical Contractors are expected to act as Prime Contractor. Work for this Contract, identified as SMS Project No. 21-420-01 includes but is not limited to the following: Removal of existing interior lighting and replacement with new LED fixtures (replacement will not be one for one). Removal of existing line voltage switching and installation of low voltage lighting control system. Removal of existing 347V wiring and installation of new 120V distribution equipment / wiring, in all areas except the hangar area. Hangar area will remain 347V lighting. Patching/repairing and painting, as required. Completion and submission of forms required to apply for all applicable incentives and rebates associated with the lighting and lighting control upgrade, on behalf of Owner. These rebates include but are not limited to those offered by Efficiency Manitoba. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com
