Landscape Maintenance and Planting of Ocean Park Gardens and Other Locations Specified. The Town of Oak Bluffs invites bids for Landscape Maintenance and Planting of Ocean Park Garden and Other Location Specified in Oak Bluffs, MA for the three year period starting April 1, 2022 This project is being bid pursuant to the requirement of MGL Chapter 30, Section 39M. Awarded contractor must pay prevailing wage rates as set by the Department of Labor and Workforce Development. All bidders must file a bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price. The successful bidder must file a payment bond in the amount of 50% of the total bid price within ten days of contract award. The lowest responsible and eligible company will be required to furnish certification of labor harmony and that all employees to be employed at the worksite will have successfully completed a course in construction safety and health approved by OSHA for a minimum of 10 hours. The right is reserved by the Town of Oak Bluffs to reject or accept any or all bids if it is in the public interest to do so.
