Saving Project...

Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Westland, Michigan. Completed plans call for site work for a educational facility; for paving for a educational facility; playground / park / athletic field; playground / park / athletic field; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

The purpose of the meeting will be to review the project bid documents & schedule, and to answer any questions bidders may have. Following the meeting, the bidders will have the opportunity to visit the project site. The pre-bid meeting is not a mandatory meeting however, bidders are strongly encouraged to attend. A FACE MASK WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE WORN INSIDE OF THE BUILDING DURING THE PRE-BID MEETING. All bids must include the Familial Disclosure Affidavit (Section 004205), the Iran Linked Business Affidavit (Section 004210), and the Criminal Background Check Affidavit (Section 004220). Sealed bids for the Wayne-Westland Community Schools, 2018 Bond Issue, Bid Package #7, consisting of: Stottlemyer Early Childhood Center Playground Upgrades Hoover School Site Upgrades Wayne Memorial High School Pavement Replacement Bids submitted after this time and date will not be considered or accepted. Faxed and/or E-mail proposals will not be accepted. Wayne-Westland Community School District reserves the right to reject any or all bids received, to waive any informalities and irregularities in the bidding, and to accept a bid other than the lowest bid. *For official project details and updates including complete project documents, please contact the construction manager directly.
