The Project generally consists of sitework, drainage improvements, utilities, renovation and addition to an existing facility for the new response center, paving and landscaping on property located near 1517 Sportsman Lake Road NW. Representatives of Owner, Architect and Engineer will be present to discuss the Project. In order to Bid on the Project, the Bidder shall possess a valid General Contractor's license for work in the State of Alabama. The Contractor's license number shall be clearly indicated on the outside of sealed Bid envelopes. Bidder and its Subcontractors shall comply with all applicable licensing requirements of the Code of Alabama, federal and local Laws or Regulations. The Successful Bidder will be required to furnish the additional bond(s) and evidence of insurance as prescribed in the Bidding Documents. Bidders are directed to the Instructions to Bidders - Document 00 21 15 and the other Bidding Documents. Bid shall be submitted on the Bid Form provided. Bidders may supplement this form as appropriate. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 60 days from the date of the opening of Bids. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all Bids and to waive any informality in the bidding.
