The original solicitation follows below. ____________________________________________________________ City of Redmond is soliciting proposals from qualified firms or contractors to provide certain construction manager/general contractor (CM/GC) services for the Redmond Municipal Airport terminal building expansion project. The Project includes a major building expansion of RDM's commercial service passenger terminal building. City has established an overall DBE goal for FY2023 of 2.71%, which includes both race neutral (.08%) and race conscious (2.63%) DBE goals. The selected Proposer must provide at least the minimum race conscious DBE goal percentage and encourage DBE participation to meet the DBE goal or perform and provide adequate good faith effort procedures in accordance with FAA DBE compliance procedures. New DBE goals will be developed for contracts in FY 2024, 2025, etc. The selected Proposer will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, or sex in the performance of any contract executed pursuant to this RFP. The Proposer must carry out all applicable requirements of 49 CFR Part 26 in the award and administration of Department of Transportation assisted contracts. Notice to Proceed.
