This project consists of rehabilitating and installing new pumping equipment into Wells CR-124, CR-45, CR-83, CR-150, CR-47, CR-225 and CR-222 as outlined in the ITB. Principal items of work include supplying all labor, tools and equipment necessary to complete the rehabilitation and installation of new pumping equipment as outlined:
o Comprehensive well cleaning program, including sand pumping sediment from bottom of hole.
o New submersible pump and motor per specifications outlined for each well in the Scope of Work.
o Replacement of existing drop pipe with drop pipe per specifications or will be
replaced with stainless steel. General Requirements

If the Bid is sent by mail, the sealed envelope shall be enclosed in a separate mailing envelope, having proper postage for delivery, and clearly marked "BID ENCLOSED FOR Denver Basin Rehabilitation and Pumping Equipment Replacement" on the outside of the envelope. Send Bids early enough to be received prior to the time and date established for the Bid Opening. Bids with insufficient postage will not be accepted. It is the Bidders' responsibility to insure mailed Bids are received prior to the time and date of advertised opening.
Bidders may bring Bids to the Castle Rock Water at 175 Kellogg Ct., Castle Rock, CO 80109 before the time and date for receipt of Bids in the Invitation to Bid. Bids received after the time and date for receipt of Bids will not be accepted. Once Bids are submitted, they may not be withdrawn except as stipulated below.
