CLIN 0001 HARLINGEN HURRICANE DAMAGE REPAIRS FFP1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION: The Department of the Navy has a requirement to replace roof flashing, reseal glass block wall, replace carpet tiles, ceiling tiles, drywall and mortar splits and cracks throughout the Main Building and the Motor Pool Building due to Hurricane Hannah. The work is located at the Naval Reserve Center, N.O.S.C. (Navy Operational Support Center), Harlingen, Texas. See Attachment A for project locations2. The Contractor shall provide all supervision, transportation, labor, materials, equipment and incidental work necessary to reseal glass block wall, replace carpet tiles, ceiling tiles, drywall and mortar splits and cracks throughout the Main Building and the Motor Pool Building due to Hurricane Hannah. See paragraph 5 for detailed statement work. The contractor shall comply with UFGS 01 31 23.13 20 Electronic Construction and Facility Support Contract Management System for the administration of this contract. See paragraph 4 for detailed statement work.CLIN 0003 Replace Main Water Supply Line FFPThe Contractor shall provide all supervision, transportation, labor, materials, equipment and incidental work necessary to meet the scope of work as written in paragraph 5. Excavate and expose around main water valve on the West side of building, continue to excavate parallel to the building approximately 15 feet and then straight at the building approximately 30 feet. Install new type L copper line prior to running line in ditch, saw cut, break and remove approximately 2 square yards of concrete sidewalk. Sidewalk shall be restored to original condition after pipe installation. Core drill 3 inch hole on the west wall of the building. Hole to accommodate 3-inch copper line. Run new 3-inch copper piping adjacent to the exterior wall of the hazardous substance room and extend to the existing 3-inch line in the mechanical room.
