Valley International Airport invites interested firms to submit a Statement of Qualifications for Construction Materials Engineering & Testing Services, Geotechnical Engineering Services, and Environmental Professional Services for various projects that will be designed for the next five (5) years at Valley International Airport. Each project could have a separate source of funding such as grants from the FAA, Passenger Facility Charges or local funds. These projects are as follows: (1) Construct Air Traffic Control Tower; (2) Expand East Side Apron, (3) Roadway Upgrades and Extensions, (4) Terminal Building Refurbishments, (5) Airport Master Plan Update, (6) Replace Airfield Electrical and Signage. The Airport reserves the right to initiate additional procurement action for any services and the right to reject any and all Statements of Qualifications for any reason at any time and to waive any and all informalities in the process. One or several firms may be selected for any of the above-mentioned projects. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
