New construction shall include a restroom/concession building, steel shade structure, earthwork and grading, site utilities, drainage structures, asphalt, concrete paving, concrete retaining walls and stairs, miscellaneous steel fabrications, fencing, irrigation, plantings, native seeding, site electrical and site lighting. Interested Bidders will only be allowed one (1) representative from their company to attend.
