Renovation of a water / sewer project in New Albin, Iowa. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of New Albin reserves the right to reject any and all bids. The bidder's security shall be in the amount of 5% of the total bid amount including all add alternates and shall be the Jurisdiction's bidder's bond with corporate surety satisfactory to the Jurisdiction. No other type of bid security will be accepted.The successful bidder will be required to furnish a construction performance, payment, and maintenance bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract price. This project requires federal prevailing wage rates. Davis Bacon wage rate is included in the contract documents. MBE: 1.7% WBE: 2.2%
