Qualifications based competitive sealed proposals for design professional services will be received by the Contracting Agency, Village of Roy for RFP No 2022-01. The Village of Roy is seeking proposals for professional engineering services including grant administration, planning, design, bidding and construction contract administration services for infrastructure system improvement projects.
