Site work and paving for a road / highway in Roy, New Mexico. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
Reconstruction of Third Street and Melville Street to include excavation, subgrade preparation, base course, curb and gutter, and asphalt pavement. Reconstruction of Champlain Street to include excavation, subgrade preparation, base course, valley gutters and asphalt pavement Bids will be received for a single prime Contract. Bids shall be on a lump sum and unit price basis, with additive alternate bid items as indicated in the Bid Form. The Owner reserves the right to adjust quantities included in the Bid Schedule as necessary to provide a complete project with the available funding. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the designated website as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the designated website in either electronic or paper format. The designated website will be updated periodically with addenda and other information relevant to submitting a Bid for the Project. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website. Neither Owner nor Engineer will be responsible for Bidding Documents, including addenda, if any, obtained from sources other than the designated website. A pre-bid conference will not be held. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders.
