Renovation of a residential development in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Completed plans call for the renovation of a residential development.
This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Department of Central Services, Capital Project Planning and Delivery on behalf of the owner of the project, Manitoba Housing to prospective proponents to submit proposals for security upgrades as further described in Section 1 of the RFP Particulars (Appendix 3). CPPD requires the services of an Electrical Contractor for Security Upgrade Projects in Winnipeg at the low rise, residential building located at 210 Ellen Street. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, the supply, installation and commissioning of CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, intercom systems and site lighting. Work site location will be occupied during construction. Deadline for questions is January 26, 2022. All questions must be submitted to the Contract Administrator at cppdprocurement@gov.mb.ca Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform.
